Meet Kelly Brady

Kelly Brady is the CEO and founder of Brandsway Creative, a boutique PR and social media agency known for crafting strategic campaigns for top-tier lifestyle brands across hospitality, beauty, fashion, health, and wellness. Throughout her career, she has also played a pivotal role in launching and elevating the careers of numerous celebrities and personalities in the music and entertainment industries.
Her expertise in public relations has earned her appearances as a guest commentator on E! True Hollywood Story, the Netflix documentary Queenmaker: The Making of an It Girl, Fox Business, and in a PR web series featured on HowCast and YouTube. She also starred in the 2013 Style Network docuseries City Girl Diaries, appearing alongside fellow media professionals.
Originally from San Diego, California, Kelly moved to New York City after graduating from California State University, Chico, where she studied Psychology and Business. Active in the arts and leadership, she served as VP of Public Relations for the Gamma Phi Beta sorority while also participating in theater.
Kelly moved to New York to pursue acting and modeling, but quickly discovered her passion for celebrity and lifestyle public relations. This led to an internship at Lizzie Grubman Public Relations (LGPR) in 2002 and a featured role on MTV’s cult-favorite reality series Power Girls. She remained at LGPR for eight years, ultimately rising to the position of Vice President.
In 2009, Kelly founded Brandsway Creative, which has grown into a respected, female-led PR firm with offices in both New York City and Los Angeles. Through a long-standing 15-year partnership with Anderson Group Public Relations, the agency offers clients a seamless bi-coastal approach to strategic branding and publicity. Her clients have been prominently featured in national and regional publications, top-tier digital media outlets, and across broadcast platforms.
Brandsway is powered by a passionate and dedicated team of women who bring creativity, integrity, and drive to every campaign. The agency’s client roster spans celebrity and personal branding, fashion, beauty, music, events, hospitality, philanthropy, and wellness.
Kelly currently lives in Brooklyn with her husband, two children, and her beloved—and Insta-famous—dog, @guinniethepoo.
